Data we collect
- Account data: the email address and name used for your dashboard login.
- Integration configuration: the settings and credentials you provide so we can connect your tools.
- Operational data: status and logs of your integrations so we can monitor and support them.
- Communications: messages you send us.
Payment data
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the billing and card information needed to process your payment and issue invoices under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Data that flows through integrations
To deliver the Service, our integrations move data between the third-party systems you connect (for example, a lead's name, phone and email passing from an ad form to your CRM). We process this data on your instructions, as a processor, solely to run the integration you asked for. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the data of your own customers.
How we use data
To provide, maintain, monitor and support the Service, to bill you (via Paddle), and to communicate with you about your account.
Sharing
We share data only with: Paddle (payments); the third-party platforms you choose to connect; and infrastructure/hosting providers used to run the Service. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep account and configuration data while your account is active, and delete or anonymise operational data on a rolling basis once it is no longer needed for support.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@helloflowframe.com.
Cookies
The dashboard uses a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
